• All prices listed are wholesale.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• All items are sold by the minimum quantity.  Please order by multiple of the item's minimum quantity.

• All orders are F.O.B. Martinez, CA.  No cash on delivery (C.O.D.) shipments.

• All shipping costs are actual costs calculated at shipment.  All freight is prepaid and added to the invoice.

• All on sales items are final.  No return and no refund.

If you have ordered from us before, including your account number will expedite your order.

Specify required ship date and cancellation date.

To order by fax or email, include buyer’s name, company name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and email address.  If we are unable to contact you for clarifications, it will delay your order.

All orders are shipped on requested ship date. 

Items not available on the requested ship date will be on backorder.  Backorder items will be shipped once they are in stock.  To cancel, please email

Orders can be processed and shipped on the same business date if received before 12:00 p.m. PST, M-F.  During periodic trade shows or other events, order processing may be delayed. 

Payment Terms


Net 30 – With approved credits.

New Customer – Provide credit card for your first order.  To apply for credit terms, please submit five (5) credit references for approval.  

Shipping for Regular Orders

Default shipping FedEx ground. 

Our contract carrier is FedEx.  

Estimate Ground shipping time from origin to destination can be found on FedEx Ground Service Maps of transit times from the origin ZIP/Postal Code 94553.

Express Saver 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight options with FedEx are available on request.  Please call 1-925-370-6299 to ensure items are in stock and shipment is possible.

Large shipments will be packed on pallet(s) and shipped by trucking company.  We will contact you for your preferred carrier.  We select carrier with the most competitive pricing quotes.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders can either be ship by US Postal Services or FedEx. Additional handling and longer shipping time are expected.

Shortages and Damages

All claims for discrepancies and/or damages must be reported within (10) days of receipt of shipment to, including pictures of the damaged item(s) in your email.  


All returns or refusals will be subject to a 5% restocking fee and freight charge.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a RMA number.

• To obtain a RMA number, email with your order number, the product, quantity and reason for your return.

• All merchandize must be returned in original packaging and cartons.  Upon return inspection, any item not on its original packing may not be refunded. 

• Items to be returned for refund/credit must be accompanied by a valid RMA number and RMA slip provided by Tom Floral, Inc.

• Boxes sent without a valid and identifiable RMA number will not be processed. Additional items and quantities included not indicated by the RMA will not be processed.

• Estimated return processing is 10-15 business days from return receipt date.

• You are responsible for all shipping costs back to Tom Floral Inc.  You may obtain a shipping label from  Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

All products are for decorative use only unless otherwise stated.  Our products are made and colored by hand.  Therefore, there will be some variation in color, shape, and size.

Special Import Orders

Minimum order quantity, delivery date and payment terms are to be agreed and approved by all parties involved pior to confirmation.  30% Non-fundable deposit required at order confirmation.  Balance Due when shipment is on board (FOB China Port).

• Orders will be shipped directly from the factory either through FedEX Internationl Express or ocean freight, subject to order volume and transit time requirements.

• Delivery time is estimated to be 120 days from order confirmation.

• Full container load will be drop shipped to your destination location.
