Terms and Policies

Special Import Orders

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), delivery timelines, and payment terms are agreed upon prior to order confirmation.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation; the balance is due upon shipment (FOB China Port).
  • Shipping options: FedEx Express or ocean freight (depending on order volume and timing).
  • Estimated delivery time: 90–120 days from order confirmation.
  • Confirmed special import orders cannot be canceled.

Pricing

  • All prices are wholesale and locked in at the time of order confirmation.
  • Items are sold in multiples of the stated minimum quantity per item.
  • Shipping costs (including any applicable import duties) are charged at actual rates. All freight is prepaid and added to the invoice.
  • All sales are final. No returns accepted (see Shortages and Damages section for claims process).

Placing Orders

To place an order, please call 925-360-6388 or email support@tomfloral.com. Our business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday.

  • If you are a returning customer, including your account number will help process your order faster.
  • Please specify your required ship date and any cancellation date (if applicable).
  • When ordering by email, include: buyer’s name, company name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email address. Incomplete information may delay processing.
  • Orders ship on the requested ship date whenever possible.
  • Unavailable items will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as stock arrives.
  • Confirmed orders cannot be canceled.

Payment Terms

  • Credit Card: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
  • Net 30 Terms: Available with approved credit only.
  • New Customers: A credit card is required for your first order. To apply for Net 30 credit terms, please provide three (3) trade credit references for approval.

Shortages and Damages

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt via email to support@tomfloral.com. Please include clear photos of any damaged items in your claim.

Returns

No returns are accepted on Special Import Orders.

Important Note: All products are intended for decorative use only unless otherwise specified. As our items are handmade and hand-colored, natural variations in color, shape, and size may occur.
